The specification nobody publishes

A portable power station is sold on 2 numbers: watt hours and inverter watts. Neither tells you what you need to know, because a 12V fridge should never be run through the inverter. What decides it is the DC side: what the 12V socket, the barrel port or the Anderson output is actually rated to deliver, and whether that output holds its voltage as the pack depletes.

Across the 6 units tracked here that a fridge could be plugged into, a usable DC rating was found for 3. For the rest it is recorded as not captured rather than guessed, and that gap is the finding.

No brand selling in Australia publishes a usable or AC-delivered watt hour figure either, only nameplate capacity, which is why every runtime estimate on this site is labelled as a derated calculation with its assumptions stated rather than presented as a measurement. How that arithmetic is done, and its limits.

Nothing here tells you how to wire, fuse or size a circuit. No cable sizes, no fuse ratings, no fuse positions, no connector current ratings. Those depend on your vehicle and the length of the run, they sit under Australian wiring standards, and a wrong number there is the kind of mistake that starts a fire rather than the kind that spoils food.
